By accessing or using Bolt ("The Majestic Network", "we", "us", or "our") Services (Discord app, Bolt Pet Desktop Assistant, and Android app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using Bolt, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts and Credits

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys.
• Credits and Billing: Credits (tokens) are purchased via subscriptions or reload packs. Credits are consumed based on API usage across all platforms.
• Refund Policy: Credits are generally non-refundable. Please contact support for exceptional cases.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or exploit the system.
• Generate illegal or harmful content as defined by our model providers' safety guidelines.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL BOLT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
